About the Role
The Manager - Investor Reporting role at Selene is a critical position that oversees the investor reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to investors. What You Will Do
- Manage the investor reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to investors
- Review and approve investor reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and assist in the monthly reporting to Agency and Private Investors
- Manage the reconciliations of loan boarding and service released loans
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with investor reporting requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that reporting requirements are met
- Provide training and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively
- Evaluate and monitor compliance with controls and policy/procedures for area of responsibility
- Oversee intra-quality control initiatives and remediate any findings, as appropriate
- Participate in special projects involving the department
- Provide leadership to the department and ensure performance standards are maintained, while providing consistent coaching and feedback
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 4-10 years of experience in a mortgage loan servicing management assignment with progressive leadership responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record of building successful teams and delivering expected results
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to influence and drive results
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid organizational skills, especially the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment

- Superior analytical and research skills
