## What You Will Do - Lead the end-to-end implementation of specialty pharmacy and healthcare programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including setting milestones, identifying risks, and outlining mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, including clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure successful program launches and adoption, including training and support.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of healthcare programs.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, analyzing progress against goals and adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and technology partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that could impact program implementation and operations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic plans, providing input on business transformation and growth opportunities.
## What We Are Looking For - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management consulting, implementation, or a related field, with a focus on business transformation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems, operations, and regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital technologies in healthcare, with an interest in their application to drive business transformation.
  • Consulting background, preferably with experience in a Big 4 or boutique firm, or experience in specialty pharmacy or EMR systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
## Nice to Have - Experience with PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management systems.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial planning for projects.
  • Certification in a related field, such as healthcare management or technology.
