About the Role
PatientIQ is a fast-growing healthcare technology company that is revolutionizing the way healthcare providers, life sciences organizations, and research institutions approach patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled Manager of EHR Integrations to lead our team of EHR Integration Leads and Associates. This critical leadership role will oversee the efficient and effective delivery of customer integrations, drive improvements to key performance metrics, and champion continuous process improvements.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthtech SaaS integrations, with a proven track record of managing complex EHR integration projects and leading high-performing teams. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, including platform implementations, project management, customer success, sales, and product.
The Manager of EHR Integrations will play a critical role in driving customer success and improving patient outcomes. This will involve ensuring the smooth integration of EHR systems, providing guidance and support for complex EHR integration projects, and overseeing the performance of key performance metrics such as time-to-first value and integration NPS.
What You Will Do
- Manage, mentor, and support the EHR Integration Team, fostering professional growth and development
- Ensure appropriate team capacity planning and scheduling to support new integrations and conversions
- Oversee performance of Time to First Value and NPS KPIs, implementing strategies to achieve continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and support for complex EHR Integration projects, including EHR conversions, serving as an escalation point for risks and issues
- Monitor progress across all EHR integrations, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Oversee the installation, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing health of PatientIQ's FHIR applications across the customer base
- Maintain and update resources in the CRM and project management tools to support team and customer needs
- Lead initiatives to optimize integration workflows, documentation, and tools
- Establish scalable processes for managing multiple simultaneous integrations while ensuring consistent quality
- Regularly report team performance metrics, capacity, and project statuses to PatientIQ leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journey experience and scoping
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of leadership experience in healthtech SaaS integrations
- Experience in a growth-stage SaaS company or in a similar capacity within a larger organization
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with HL7 and FHIR integration standards, EHR platforms, and integration middleware or engines
- Comfortable working directly with health system IT teams on technical scoping, validation, and troubleshooting
- Experience with data ingestion pipelines, API interfaces, and database tools (SQL)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple team members and projects concurrently and prioritize effectively
- Strong ability to manage day-to-day tasks while maintaining a strategic view of customer and team needs
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams across PatientIQ

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and ICD-10
