About the Role

The Manager of Influencer Marketing at Newhouse will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative influencer campaigns for the company's high-profile clients. Day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with the strategy team to brainstorm and refine campaign ideas, as well as working closely with creators to ensure seamless campaign execution. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, analyzing campaign performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. The role will require frequent communication with creators, their representatives, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of campaign objectives. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that meet client objectives and exceed expectations
  • Conduct thorough research to identify and target high-quality influencers who align with campaign KPIs
  • Craft detailed creator briefs that outline program objectives, creative goals, and key performance indicators
  • Negotiate and execute contracts with influencers, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • Onboard and manage creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for creators and their representatives, maintaining daily communication and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and creator landscape shifts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and maximize overall marketing impact
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning to ensure campaign profitability
  • Attend in-person creator events and activations, as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the entertainment or automotive industry
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate campaign goals and objectives
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple campaigns and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Experience with contract negotiation and execution
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
