Job Description

About the Role

Spreetail is looking for a Manager of Merchandising Managers to build lasting and strategic relationships with partner brands, helping them grow their business while also contributing to Spreetail's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and lead a team of 4 to 6 Merchandising Managers and Associates.
  • Develop the team and encourage career growth through mentorship in vendor relationships and brand management.
  • Support your team in developing merchandising strategies, including establishing budget and ROI expectations.
  • Manage process and tracking against critical brand and part number audits, identifying and prioritizing key brands.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and reporting efficiency and influence decisions on merchandising strategies.
