Job Description

About the Role

The Manager, Operational Excellence will play a crucial role in defining, owning, and scaling the systems, workflows, and operating model that power Provider Operations at Blink Health. This highly strategic and analytical role will focus on end-to-end process design, cross-functional alignment, and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational excellence, with experience in developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and growth.

The Provider Operations team is responsible for enabling high-quality, efficient provider engagement and driving performance across the Provider Growth team. As a key member of this team, the Manager, Operational Excellence will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to define best practices and ensure Provider Operations can operate efficiently at scale.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive process improvements and scalability
  • Design and evolve Provider Operations workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to drive measurable improvements across the organization
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Marketing to define best practices and ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Analyze data to identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions to improve scalability, consistency, and provider experience
  • Drive a culture of operational excellence by standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices across Provider Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop scalable system and tooling improvements
  • Develop and maintain performance standards to drive measurable improvements across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to drive efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational excellence

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach ambiguous challenges with structured thinking and creativity
  • Strong technical proficiency, with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience gathering requirements and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, frameworks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field
  • Experience in the healthcare tech industry is preferred but not required

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Certification in operational excellence or a related field, such as Six Sigma or Lean
