What You Will Do

  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align paid media efforts with business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in paid media, applying this knowledge to drive campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive business outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with paid media campaigns, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, staying informed about the latest developments and trends in paid media

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on digital advertising and campaign management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through paid media channels
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta, with experience managing large-scale campaigns
  • Experience with team management, including mentoring and guiding junior team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
