## About the Role As a Manager, Paid Social at Tinuiti, you will be responsible for leading a team ofPaid Social Strategists and delivering effective paid social strategies for clients. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with clients to understand their objectives, translating them into actionable plans, and providing regular updates and strategic recommendations. You will also be responsible for team leadership and development, ensuring that your team is aligned with campaign objectives and has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. ## What You Will Do - Engage with clients to understand their objectives and develop effective paid social strategies - Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis - Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives - Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing - Utilize robust analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations - Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates, and implement best practices to maintain campaign relevance and effectiveness - Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, optimization, and continual improvement - Implement advanced audience targeting, ad creatives, and bid management techniques to maximize ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports - Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategic plans to achieve them

## What We Are Looking For - 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok - Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and BeReal is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience - Management experience preferred - Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions - Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Google Sheets - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams

## Nice to Have - Experience with campaign management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social - Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript - Certification in paid social media marketing, such as Facebook Blueprint or TikTok Ads Certification - Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
