About the Role
The Manager, Performance Marketing, Paid Search is a pivotal role at Airwallex, responsible for driving the company's paid search strategy and maximizing return on investment. This role entails day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns, optimization of ad targeting, bidding, and ad copy to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the performance marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth.As a key member of the performance marketing team, the Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing and will be responsible for mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team's overall strategy.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives, including conversions, revenue, and ROI
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance
- Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights to inform future campaign strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth
- Work closely with the product team to ensure campaign alignment with product launches and updates
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring ROI targets are met or exceeded
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search and digital marketing
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in paid search and digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with the ability to develop and implement testing strategies
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including targeting, bidding, and ad copywriting
Nice to Have
- Experience with other paid media channels, including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms
