About the Role

The Manager of Procurement Product Activation is a critical role at Ramp, responsible for leading the team that makes the company's procurement product a reality for its customers. As the person in this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive activation, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and excellent customer experiences. Your day-to-day will involve managing a team of Procurement Activation Specialists, defining and leading the strategy for procurement activation, and partnering with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to drive growth and revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Procurement Activation Specialists, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction
  • Define and lead the strategy for procurement activation, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and execute playbooks for procurement activation, ensuring seamless implementation and excellent customer experiences
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to drive growth and revenue, and to ensure alignment and coordination across functions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and metrics to measure team performance and drive growth
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to address challenges and obstacles
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive innovation and improvement in the procurement product
  • Represent the procurement activation team in GTM planning, headcount conversations, and roadmap discussions

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on leadership and team management
  • Strong understanding of procure-to-pay workflows, approval structures, ERP integrations, and vendor management
  • Experience with GTM, Excel, and other procurement tools and technologies
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies, and driving growth and revenue
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain, or operations

Nice to Have

  • Experience with procurement software and technologies, such as Coupa, Ariba, or SAP
  • Certification in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, such as CPIM or CSCP
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on innovation and scalability
  • Knowledge of data analytics and metrics, with the ability to drive data-driven decision making
