About the Role
The Manager, Product Design at SentinelOne is a pivotal role that involves leading a team of talented product designers. What You Will Do
- Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's growth and success.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in leading or managing product design teams, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
- A collaborative, hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Pendo, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- A solid grasp of UX and UI best practices, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments, ideally with remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or cloud security domains is an advantage.
- Ability to shift between guiding others and hands-on design work as needed.
