Manager, Product Management - Data Pipeline & Integration

About the Role

The role is critical to Celonis' mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. As a leader in the Data Platform team, you will manage the 'front door' of Celonis, connecting to complex enterprise landscapes and driving real-time, zero-copy, and push-based ingestion. Your team will be responsible for scaling the new engineering hub in India, and you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and leading the team to achieve product excellence.

What You Will Do

• Expand data connectivity to ensure Celonis can access all business data regardless of format, source system, or ingestion method
• Lead and mentor the expanding product teams in India, driving the roadmap for out-of-the-box Extractors and accelerating native connectivity
• Optimize ETL reliability, focusing on resource utilization and system performance for global customers
• Drive the development of the Extractor Builder, push-based ingestion, and generic JDBC connectivity
• Expand strategic data partnerships and zero-copy integrations to reduce data redundancy and accelerate time-to-value
• Design pipeline management experiences that are easily configurable and troubleshootable by both human administrators and AI agents
• Lead the transition to real-time ingestion capabilities, enabling customers to move from retrospective analysis to proactive process intervention
• Work closely with the Transformation Stack and PQL teams to ensure a seamless experience across the data lifecycle
• Manage a high-performing team and drive the vision for how Celonis connects to the world's most complex enterprise landscapes

What We Are Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in technical product management, specifically within data integration, ETL, or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Proven track record of managing and scaling product teams in global, distributed environments
• Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including SQL, REST APIs, cloud storage, and streaming technologies
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems, such as Salesforce, and various data connectivity protocols
• Ability to define a long-term vision for 'Data as a Service' while driving strategic execution
• Strong leadership skills, with experience operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Experience with India-based hubs is a plus

• Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms and tools
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
