About the Role
Orium is seeking a Manager, Product Management to provide leadership and continuity for our Product Management team during a maternity leave period. This contract role will focus on day-to-day people leadership, delivery excellence, and hands-on contribution to client engagements.Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to Product Managers across active engagements.
- Conduct regular check-ins, provide ongoing feedback, and support performance management.
- Help team members prioritize work, navigate trade-offs, and manage stakeholder expectations.
