About the Role
The Manager, Product Management- Tax Technology will play a vital role in developing and implementing tax products and services that meet the evolving needs of clients and the firm. This role will be responsible for crafting and communicating a clear product vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business outcomes. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of tax technology and product management principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.As a key member of the Innovation team, the Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive growth and improvement. This will involve partnering with the Product Engineering team to prototype and develop new products, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
The Manager will also be responsible for defining and monitoring product-level KPIs, using data and insights to inform product development and drive continuous improvement. This will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Craft and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for tax products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services
- Partner with the Product Engineering team to prototype and develop new products
- Define and monitor product-level KPIs and use data insights to inform product development
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, firm professionals, and partners
- Identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new products
- Develop and manage product budgets and resource allocation plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, computer science)
- 5+ years of experience in product management, tax technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of tax technology and product management principles
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Experience with Adjust and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and design thinking principles
