Job Description

About the Role

The Manager, Quality Assurance position at Hilton is a remote role that oversees a territory of over 100 hotels, ensuring that each property adheres to the company's brand standards. As a key member of the in-house Brands team, you will work closely with hotel leaders to uphold brand standards, elevate the guest experience, and conduct comprehensive audits. Your expertise will help strengthen and grow Hilton's portfolio, protecting the integrity of the brand and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

The role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, as well as the ability to navigate complex situations and balance owner and partner expectations. You will be responsible for performing on-site evaluations, reviewing findings with property leadership, and providing actionable insights to drive improvement. Your analytical skills will be essential in preparing detailed reports with supporting images for internal analysis.

As a Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be part of a team of industry experts in domains such as brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, and owner relations. What You Will Do

  • Perform routine Quality Assurance evaluations to ensure brand standards are met
  • Conduct on-site audits to assess cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
  • Review findings with property leadership and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Prepare detailed reports with supporting images for internal analysis
  • Apply knowledge of product replacement cycles, renovations, and physical upgrades to maintain brand standards
  • Navigate complex situations with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Address inquiries and communications made internally, both verbally and in written communications
  • Participate in Consistency exercises to ensure brand standards are upheld
  • Monitor expenses incurred from travel completed/scheduled, both based on monthly and yearly goals
  • Participate in activities outside of QA to gain a better knowledge of other departments

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, hospitality, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of brand standards and the ability to uphold them
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and balance owner and partner expectations
