About the Role

The Support Operations organization at Stripe is seeking a Manager, Quality Support Operations to lead a team of high-performing program managers. The team is responsible for strategically enabling, scaling, and sustaining the Support organization's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally to devise and execute strategies for Support infrastructure and processes
  • Support the Support business teams through scaled change management
  • Lead a team of program managers, providing coaching, setting vision and goals, and fostering a strong team culture
  • Own quality business outcomes and metrics associated with Support Ops processes

Requirements

  • Experience with Excel and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and management skills
