About the Role
The Manager, Risk Operations Technical Programs at Stripe leads a group of high-performing program managers in driving tech-first Risk Ops initiatives. This role involves cultivating strong partnerships with Risk engineering and product partners, codeveloping the high-level strategy for technical infrastructure, and owning Risk Ops-centric technical processes.Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally across the Risk organization to devise and execute strategies for evolving Risk technical infrastructure and tooling
- Evolve the team structure, strategy, functions, and roles to meet Stripe's evolving business needs
- Drive top-line prioritization of work and manage tradeoffs on resourcing
