About the Role
Join ControlUp as a Manager of Sales Engineering, where you'll lead a dedicated team of Sales Engineers across EMEA and APAC. This remote position emphasizes people management and cross-regional collaboration without daily hands-on technical execution.Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of 8 Sales Engineers.
- Set clear expectations and performance standards aligned with company goals.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and career planning sessions.
- Foster a culture emphasizing accountability and a customer-first mindset.
- Collaborate closely with regional Sales leadership for alignment with Account Executives.
- Ensure consistent technical engagement throughout the sales process, including discovery and demos.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex sales opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales engineering management or relevant fields.
