About the Role
The Manager, Sales Engineering - Enterprise role at Salesloft is a pivotal position that combines technical expertise with strategic leadership and sales acumen. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the AMER Enterprise business
- Collaborate with account executives to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise to build trust and credibility with key decision-makers
- Provide technical leadership to sales engineering teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical and business leaders, to drive sales and revenue growth
- Develop and deliver technical sales content, including product demos, presentations, and sales collateral
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including technical capabilities and applications
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans, including identifying key targets, developing sales strategies, and tracking progress
- Provide input and feedback to the product development team to ensure that products meet customer needs and stay competitive in the market
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales success
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and GTM strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience coaching and mentoring sales engineering teams
