About the Role

The Manager, Sales Engineering - Enterprise role at Salesloft is a critical position that combines technical expertise with sales acumen. As a key member of the sales engineering team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the AMER Enterprise business. You will work closely with account executives to develop and execute sales strategies, while also leading a team of sales engineers. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across the AMER Enterprise business
  • Lead a team of sales engineers and provide coaching and mentoring to help them succeed
  • Work closely with account executives to develop and execute account plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to stay up-to-date on product developments and roadmap
  • Develop and deliver technical sales presentations to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customers
  • Conduct product demos and trials to prospective customers
  • Manage and resolve technical sales issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on enterprise sales
  • Strong technical background, with experience in GTM strategy and sales engineering
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales engineering, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Experience leading a team of sales engineers, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, with experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on innovation and teamwork
