About the Role
As a Manager Social Art Director at Starface World, you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of social content across various channels, including owned, paid, and retail platforms. Your primary goal will be to elevate the brand's social presence, drive engagement, and build a loyal community of followers. You will report directly to the Director of Social and Content and will be expected to manage and mentor a Social Media Coordinator.The ideal candidate will be a highly creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platforms, while also developing innovative and effective content strategies that drive results.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute social content strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and brand loyalty
- Manage and mentor a Social Media Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of social content plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including marketing, retail, and creative teams, to develop and execute social content plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms, and develop innovative and effective content strategies that drive results
- Manage and optimize social media budgets to ensure maximum ROI
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand's target audience and their respective social media habits
- Create and curate high-quality social content that is engaging, informative, and on-brand
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to inform future content strategies
- Identify and mitigate potential social media risks and crises
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on creative direction or art direction
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and emerging platforms
- Experience managing and mentoring team members to ensure successful execution of social content plans
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative and effective content strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and report on social media metrics
- Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of the brand's target audience and their respective social media habits
- Experience with content creation, including writing, photography, and videography
Nice to Have
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
- Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram ads
- Experience with social media analytics tools, including Google Analytics
- Certification in social media marketing or a related field
- Experience with content management systems, including WordPress or similar platforms
