About the Role

The Fraud Platform team at Affirm is building the next generation of fraud decisioning systems. As a Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead a dynamic team of engineers in developing cutting-edge fraud defense solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a long-term technical roadmap
  • Recruit and hire talented engineers
  • Hold a high technical bar and review specifications and architecture

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams
