About the Role
The Manager, Solutions Architects will lead a distributed team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects serving enterprise customers in the West sales territory.Responsibilities
- Guide the team to act as trusted advisors to GitLab prospects and customers
- Support successful adoption of the GitLab platform across the entire software development lifecycle
- Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team
Requirements
- Experience in DevSecOps and AI-driven workflows
- Ability to model the work of a Solutions Architect, from solution design through technical presentations
