Job Description
About the Role
The Manager, Technical Support will build and lead a high-performing technical team focused on cloud service health, API incidents, and platform reliability.Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and coach the Technical Support team
- Own technical case management, including prioritization and communication
- Implement end-to-end case ownership and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Act as incident commander during critical events and serve as a customer-facing technical leader during escalations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in technical support leadership and communication with senior business and technical leaders
- Strong understanding of cloud services, API management, and platform reliability
