What You Will Do

  • Develop and manage budgets for technology initiatives
  • Ensure that all technology initiatives are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all technology initiatives are properly supported and maintained
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology initiatives
  • Ensure that all technology initiatives are properly documented and that knowledge is shared across the organization

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based technologies and data analytics
  • Proven track record of delivering technology projects on time and within budget
  • Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage virtual teams
