About the Role
Glean is seeking a highly skilled Manager, US Field Marketing to lead the Enterprise field marketing motion across the United States. This position entails driving a cohesive, cross-segment strategy that supports Enterprise, Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector priorities. The successful candidate will directly manage the Enterprise field marketing team, ensuring scalable, high-impact programs are delivered while maintaining strong alignment to sales priorities and pipeline goals.The role of the Manager, US Field Marketing is crucial in setting the direction for hosted and sponsored programs, scaling effective plays across regions, and ensuring tight alignment to segment priorities, pipeline goals, and revenue outcomes. What You Will Do
- Own the segment-level field marketing strategy for US Enterprise, driving alignment and cohesion across Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector segments.
- Lead and develop the regional Enterprise field marketing team, including setting goals, driving operating rhythms, coaching performance, and supporting career growth.
- Build a cohesive plan across hosted, sponsored, partner, and account-based field programs, balancing scalable, repeatable plays with targeted, high-touch experiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-segment sales leadership to shape Public Sector and emerging segment plans.
- Ensure the Enterprise team supports execution where appropriate, leveraging their expertise to drive pipeline impact.
- Set the direction for hosted and sponsored programs, ensuring they align with segment priorities and revenue goals.
- Scale the most effective plays across regions, adapting strategies as needed to optimize impact.
- Manage the budget for field marketing programs, ensuring ROI is maximized and financial goals are met.
- Analyze program effectiveness, using data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize existing ones.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and external partners.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on enterprise software or a related field.
