About the Role

The Manager, Vendor Management Office plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic and operational management of WWT's contingent workforce program and vendor management systems. This involves leading a team of Services Partner Management Specialists, ensuring seamless execution of partner system processes, and maintaining high standards of system governance and compliance. The contingent workforce program is integral to WWT's operational efficiency, requiring a seasoned professional who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational management. The role is part of a dynamic team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and employee satisfaction.

Day-to-day, this role entails managing the lifecycle of vendor relationships, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring that all processes are compliant with labor laws and regulations. It also involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including IT and third-party partners, to resolve system issues, enhance functionality, and drive business improvements. Given the nature of the role, familiarity with vendor management systems and a strong understanding of contingent workforce regulations are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of Services Partner Management Specialists, overseeing their development and ensuring the team meets its objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the strategic administration of vendor management systems, overseeing complex data operations and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party partners to resolve system issues, implement process improvements, and ensure the highest level of system governance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure seamless execution of partner system processes.
  • Set team goals, manage workload distribution, and ensure accountability for key program metrics.
  • Interpret data, generate reports, and drive business improvements based on insights derived from system analytics.
  • Ensure that all vendor management processes are aligned with WWT's strategic objectives and operational requirements.
  • Partner with the HR and procurement teams to ensure that all contingent workforce programs are properly supported and compliant.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and guidelines for the contingent workforce program.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in partner management, contingent workforce operations, or staffing programs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in people leadership or team lead roles, preferably in a vendor management or operations context.
  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Vendor Management Systems (e.g., Beeline, SAP Fieldglass).
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and contingent workforce regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data, generate reports, and drive business improvements based on insights.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
