About the Role
As the Manager, Workforce Strategy for Consumer, Drive & NBV at DoorDash, you will be responsible for all aspects of workforce planning and scheduling related to these verticals. This role involves managing a cross-functional team and ensuring seamless operations to optimize customer experiences.Responsibilities
- Own the performance of workforce management (WFM) operations for your assigned audience.
- Lead and align in-house and BPO planning, scheduling, and real-time management teams.
- Drive performance against key metrics such as SLA and occupancy.
- Set and track OKRs for your vertical, influencing trade-offs across WFM initiatives.
- Coach and develop a skilled team of planners and schedulers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in workforce planning or management roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to navigate complex problem-solving and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills for managing accountability and trust.
