Job Description

About the Role

As the Manager, Workforce Strategy for Consumer, Drive & NBV at DoorDash, you will be responsible for all aspects of workforce planning and scheduling related to these verticals. This role involves managing a cross-functional team and ensuring seamless operations to optimize customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of workforce management (WFM) operations for your assigned audience.
  • Lead and align in-house and BPO planning, scheduling, and real-time management teams.
  • Drive performance against key metrics such as SLA and occupancy.
  • Set and track OKRs for your vertical, influencing trade-offs across WFM initiatives.
  • Coach and develop a skilled team of planners and schedulers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in workforce planning or management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to navigate complex problem-solving and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for managing accountability and trust.
