About the Role
The Managing Director, Performance Marketing will lead Directive's largest business unit, overseeing $27m+ under management. This executive position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division.Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division
- Ensure exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience managing agency operations with VP-level direct reports
- True depth of B2B marketing expertise
- Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports
