Manta Sleep - Senior Industrial Designer

## About the Role Manta Sleep is seeking a seasoned Senior Industrial Designer to lead the design process from concept to product launch. The ideal candidate will balance creative vision with practical execution, ensuring that products meet both user needs and business goals. ## Responsibilities - Lead the design process for physical consumer products - Apply user-centered design and design thinking methodologies - Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing partners - Develop and maintain design documentation, including CMF specifications and detailed Tech Packs ## Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Product Design or Industrial Design focused on physical consumer products - Experience designing products in a fast-growing eCommerce company - Proficiency in 3D rendering software, 3D CAD software, and Adobe Creative Suite - Hands-on prototyping experience, including 3D printing and physical mock-ups ## Benefits - Competitive salary ($6,500 – $8,000 per month) - Full-time & fully remote role with asynchronous work flexibility - Flexible time off policy, including unlimited vacation days - Quarterly fitness or gym reimbursement, annual learning budget, and high-trust environment
