What You Will Do
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs
- Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs for accuracy and rigor
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and enhance domain quality
- Collaborate with the mercor team to develop and refine evaluation processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI research and manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
- Contribute to the development of best practices for AI output evaluation
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical operations
- Native or professional fluency in English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical operations
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously
- Excellent written communication and feedback skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
