About the Role
The Market Development Executive III role at Insight Enterprises is a remote opportunity for experienced cybersecurity sales professionals to drive business growth and lead security services efforts. As a Market Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new cybersecurity opportunities within existing enterprise client bases and introducing customized security solutions. You will work closely with large enterprise clients across various industries to manage the sales process, from initial security assessments to final closes.Insight Enterprises is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge. The company guides organizations through complex digital decisions, and as a Market Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of helping enterprises transform their security posture.
The role requires significant experience in cybersecurity and managed security services sales, with a strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, managed detection and response (MDR), security operations, and managed security services (MSS). You will leverage Insight's unique services expertise to provide creative vision, executional capabilities, and ongoing solutions management to clients.
What You Will Do
- Identify new cybersecurity and security services opportunities within existing enterprise client bases
- Introduce customized security consulting, implementation, managed services, and managed security services solutions to large enterprise clients
- Manage the sales process from initial security assessment to final close
- Leverage Insight's services expertise to provide creative vision, executional capabilities, and ongoing solutions management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CISOs, CIOs, and security architects
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in cybersecurity and managed security services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging threats in the cybersecurity landscape
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience in cybersecurity and managed security services sales
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, MDR, security operations, and MSS
- Proven track record of driving enterprise security sales and managing complex sales processes
- Experience working with large enterprise clients across various industries
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, application security, and infrastructure security
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
