About the Role
The Senior Project Director - Quantitative Research position at Lieberman is a key role that involves leading complex national and international research projects to deliver high-impact results. This involves close collaboration with custom research experts to answer critical business questions, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring timely delivery of insightful reports. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for research.Day-to-day responsibilities will include directing and managing projects, overseeing project fielding, and supervising data processing and analysis. The role also involves developing and writing questionnaires, proofing and posting data for reports, and creating presentations to communicate findings to clients. What You Will Do
- Direct and manage multiple complex national and international quantitative research projects simultaneously
- Write questionnaires and oversee project fielding to ensure data quality
- Supervise data processing and analysis to extract meaningful insights
- Proof and post data for toplines and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop insightful reports and actionable recommendations in PowerPoint
- Assist in creating proposals to secure new business opportunities
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the research team to design and implement research studies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve research methodologies
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in market research, with a strong analytical mindset and passion for research
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SPSS
- Experience in the pharma sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific research challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and the research team
