About the Role
The Marketing and Sales Associate role at PPM Works is a unique opportunity to combine digital marketing and sales skills in a remote work setting. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the company's digital marketing efforts, including video editing, WordPress site maintenance, and YouTube site management. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to prospect, educate, and qualify target accounts and inbound leads.The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, sales techniques, and technical products. You will be working closely with the team to achieve sales quotas, develop customized sales presentations, and deliver product demonstrations. PPM Works is a full-service Microsoft Work Management and Project and Portfolio Management consultancy, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Project Platforms. The company has a deep understanding of Microsoft products and has performed over 350 Project implementations, trained thousands of students, and developed the Microsoft certification exams and certifications series.
What You Will Do
- Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including video editing and upload
- Maintain the WordPress site and update/create pages as necessary
- Manage the YouTube site and develop strategies to increase engagement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to prospect, educate, and qualify target accounts and inbound leads
- Achieve sales quotas and develop customized sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs and senior-level executives
- Attend trade shows and events to promote the company's products and services
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and webinar and event attendees
- Develop and deliver creative campaign and door opener outreach strategies
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5+ years of experience in sales management, inside sales, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience with digital marketing, including content development and sales
- Strong understanding of technical products and services
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Project Platforms
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including target market penetration and account-based marketing
- Experience with video editing and production
- Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and sales data reporting
