About the Role

The Marketing and Sales Automation Administrator role at Harris is a unique opportunity to combine marketing, sales, and AI expertise to drive business growth. What You Will Do

  • Design, execute, and oversee AI sales development resources, including email and telephone agents
  • Create campaign schedules, track progress, and report on key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement AI-driven sales strategies to optimize sales processes
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future marketing decisions
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with the web design team to update product and commercial websites
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, sales, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing and sales
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation software
