About the Role

The Marketing Assistant role at Sleek Marketing is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company. As a marketing assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the agency's marketing efforts, including scheduling and publishing content, managing client communications, and building email campaigns. You will be working closely with the CEO and Creative Director to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Schedule and publish content across client social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Manage day-to-day client communications, including updates, approvals, and questions
  • Post stories for clients at optimal times to maximize engagement
  • Provide basic community management, including responding to comments and direct messages
  • Ensure smooth handover of assets from the creative team to clients
  • Flag any major issues or strategic questions to the CEO
  • Build and schedule email campaigns using Kajabi and Go HighLevel
  • Monitor email performance and provide insights to the team
  • Keep email lists clean and segmented to ensure maximum effectiveness
