About the Role

As a Marketing BI Analyst for a U.S. DTC brand, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing data-driven insights across marketing, operations, and finance. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining executive-level dashboards and reporting systems, analyzing large datasets to uncover trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and business intelligence priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing principles, and excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders. You will be working closely with the leadership team and department heads to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and business intelligence priorities
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting systems to provide clear visibility into company performance
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools
  • Analyze large datasets from e-commerce, operational, and marketing platforms to uncover insights and trends
  • Work with data teams to improve data quality, consistency, governance, and reporting reliability across systems
  • Support the development and optimization of centralized reporting environments and data models for analytics consumption
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making
  • Monitor reporting accuracy and proactively identify inconsistencies, gaps, or process improvement opportunities
  • Help standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and dashboard best practices across the organization

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or marketing analytics
  • Strong background in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and marketing principles, including KPIs and metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
