About the Role

The Marketing Campaign Specialist at Tractian is a critical role that involves executing integrated marketing campaigns across North America and Mexico. This position requires a deep understanding of the technical, industrial audience and the ability to translate global strategies into localized, high-impact programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working across multiple channels, including email, social, webinars, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Campaign Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and driving measurable pipeline impact. What You Will Do

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, webinars, and ABM programs, to drive engagement and conversion among technical audiences
  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Support campaign messaging, ad copy, and content execution to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Localize global campaigns for North America, including coordination of Spanish-language adaptations
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure campaign alignment and execution
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying insights and optimization opportunities to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage timelines and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign strategies that drive measurable pipeline impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and campaign execution

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience executing B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Proven track record of tracking campaign performance and adjusting based on results
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ABM platforms like Demandbase or similar
  • Webinar execution experience using tools like Zoom or similar
