About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator role at Any Where Talent is a dynamic position that involves developing and maintaining a comprehensive marketing calendar, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. The role entails working closely with various stakeholders, including sales, purchasing, and vendors, to ensure that marketing activities are aligned with company goals and product launches. With a strong focus on digital marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and tracking the success of campaigns and promotions.What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that outlines all planned activities, campaigns, tradeshows, and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the calendar aligns with product launches and company goals
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital ads, and social media
- Manage the logistics and coordination of promotional activities, including creating and distributing promotional materials
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on time
- Track the success of campaigns and promotions, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Coordinate the logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and other events, including booth setup, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up
- Work closely with vendors to ensure all event-related marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time
- Assist in creating content for a variety of marketing channels, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field is an asset
Nice to Have
- Experience with graphic design and content creation
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices
