About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator role at Pavago is a full-time, remote position that requires a highly organized and process-driven individual to manage the company's marketing infrastructure, data hygiene, and campaign execution. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will work closely with the VP of Marketing to ensure the marketing systems run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing automation, data management, and campaign execution, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.The role involves working with a range of marketing tools and technologies, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, building and auditing prospect lists, executing compliant mass email campaigns, and creating and maintaining competitor tracking databases. The successful candidate will also be expected to conduct website audits, support SEO-driven content updates, and build campaign tracking frameworks and reporting visibility.

What You Will Do
- Manage CRM hygiene and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce
- Build and audit prospect lists using ZoomInfo or similar tools
- Execute compliant mass email campaigns using marketing automation tools
- Create and maintain competitor tracking databases
- Conduct website audits and support SEO-driven content updates
- Build campaign tracking frameworks and reporting visibility
- Document marketing processes and standardize workflows
- Support light content execution, including email drafts, publishing support, and template creation in Canva
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights for future campaign optimization
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data management, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, Account Engagement, or HubSpot
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
- Experience maintaining CRM hygiene and marketing databases
- Ability to follow and document standardized processes
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
