About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator at Pavago will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. What You Will Do

  • Provide executive assistance to the founders and other senior team members
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email
  • Manage content creation and distribution, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence
  • Coordinate and schedule content using Google Workspace and other marketing tools
  • Assist in the creation of visual content, including graphics and videos
  • Provide administrative support as needed

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, or digital operations support
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
  • Experience using GoHighLevel CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools, such as Veed or OpusClips
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking ability in fast-moving environments
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail with strong execution discipline

  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms or CRM systems
  • Basic design skills and knowledge of visual content creation
