The Marketing Director role at Huzzle is a rare opportunity to lead the charge in demand generation and pipeline growth for a company that's pushing the boundaries of AI-driven GTM systems. As a seasoned marketing professional, you'll be responsible for designing and executing systems that drive revenue, leveraging tools like Clay and Claude to build automated growth engines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing spend, improve conversion rates, and drive business results. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind Huzzle's marketing strategy, using your expertise in performance marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation to propel the company forward. - Own and scale MQL generation and pipeline contribution, using data-driven insights to inform your strategy
- Design and execute performance marketing campaigns tied to revenue, leveraging tools like Clay and Claude to optimize results
- Build signal-based marketing systems aligned with outbound GTM motions, using automation and AI to drive efficiency
- Leverage Claude for messaging, content generation, personalization, and workflow automation, to create a seamless customer experience
- Develop automated marketing systems using AI and no-code tools, to drive scalability and growth
- Optimize MQL → SQL conversion rates in collaboration with sales/GTM teams, using data analysis and strategic thinking to inform your approach
- Manage and optimize marketing spend and CAC efficiency, to ensure maximum ROI
- Drive content and campaign strategy with direct pipeline attribution, using your expertise in marketing analytics to measure success
- Analyze and iterate on cost per MQL and pipeline ROI, using data-driven insights to inform your strategy
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, with a track record of driving results
- Hands-on expertise with Clay, including data enrichment, workflow automation, and campaign optimization
- Strong working experience using Claude for marketing, automation, or GTM workflows, including content generation and personalization
- Experience building automated GTM or marketing systems, using AI and no-code tools to drive efficiency
- Background in B2B SaaS or outbound-driven environments, with a deep understanding of the sales and marketing funnel
- Experience owning marketing budgets and performance metrics, with a focus on driving ROI and growth
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and attribution models, including data analysis and insights
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a startup or agency environment, with a focus on innovation and growth
- Familiarity with tools like Smartlead, HeyReach, or n8n, including workflow automation and data integration
- Experience working with GTM Engineering or RevOps teams, including collaboration and strategic planning
