- Lead the development and implementation of the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for CV IMPACT
- Design and execute innovative marketing initiatives and tactics to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, advocacy, and corporate communications, to ensure alignment and maximum impact
- Engage with opinion leaders, patient and professional societies, institutional decision makers, and payers to stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Oversee the execution of national and regional programs, including workstream programs, cross-stakeholder summits, communication campaigns, and sponsorship pull-through
- Manage program budgets and track performance metrics to ensure success
- Lead projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process
- Coordinate with field teams and US/global marketing to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience, or Master's degree and 7 years of marketing experience
- Proven track record of success in marketing, with a focus on cardiovascular health or a related field
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop strategic recommendations
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and industry trends

- Experience with Excel and other marketing analytics tools
- Familiarity with the US healthcare system, including reimbursement and access policies
