About the Role

The Marketing Director at Vericast is a key leadership position that oversees the strategic positioning and go-to-market execution of new products and solutions. As the connective point between product, sales, and marketing, this role requires a blend of creative leadership, partnership acumen, and program management expertise to drive impactful marketing outcomes. The successful candidate will lead a team of marketers, designers, and external agencies to effectively position and promote the Vericast brand with clients and the greater market.

The Marketing Director will work closely with a cross-functional team, including marketing strategy, creative, events, sales, social media, content marketing, and leadership to ensure the company's story, thought leadership, and brand presence are aligned, consistent, and impactful across all channels. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in go-to-market strategies, creative leadership, and team management.

What You Will Do

  • Develop differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across target audiences and market segments
  • Translate product capabilities into client-focused business outcomes
  • Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, content, events, sales materials, and presentations
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product leadership and account teams to align launch strategy with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Work with content marketing, creative services, and social media teams to create and coordinate meaningful content for all owned channels
  • Create content for presentations and product support materials
  • Serve as final content/brand editor on creative team projects
  • Create content for client testimonials and manage client interactions and process for creative team through completion
  • Create content for Vericast commercials, including scripts and direction of the creative process
  • Act as an overflow support for all content marketing when demand is high

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with a focus on go-to-market strategies and creative leadership
  • Strong expertise in Excel and data analysis
  • Proven track record of driving impactful marketing outcomes and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and industry trends
  • Experience with content marketing, social media, and event planning

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Certification in marketing or a related field
