As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the website growth direction and transforming automated infrastructure. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the product engineer to drive the 'why, what, and how' of website performance, translating hypotheses into shipped outcomes.

What You Will Do
- Own and execute website growth direction, partnering closely with the product engineer to drive website performance
- Grow the website conversion engine, pinpointing conversion leaks and running rapid A/B tests and on-site experiments to multiply output
- Build the marketing automation engine, designing and owning automated workflows using n8n, Make, and Clay to nurture a high volume of marketing qualified leads
- Support account-based marketing, maintaining and extending the enrichment and targeting infrastructure via Clay and associated channels that power ABM campaigns
- Systematize what works, proving successful growth levers through rigorous testing and leveraging AI and automation to make them repeatable at scale
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones
- Uphold TestGorilla's behaviors and foster an inclusive, supportive culture
- Drive innovation in marketing strategies, executing the website growth direction and transforming automated infrastructure
- Work closely with the product engineer to drive the 'why, what, and how' of website performance
What We Are Looking For
- Execution-first builder with hands-on experience with CMS platforms and a proven track record in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- AI and automation-fluent, with proven experience building automated workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Clay, and Claude
- Data-informed and action-oriented, partnering with data to locate where to apply leverage and having the technical skill to build the systems that deliver it
- Passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with Clay and associated channels that power ABM campaigns
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles and their application in marketing
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design
