About the Role
The Marketing Events Manager is a critical position at Impact, responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse portfolio of company events, including major tradeshows, industry conferences, customer-facing VIP experiences, and the annual internal marketing team offsite. The core objective is to ensure all events run seamlessly and achieve their defined business goals. As a key member of the marketing team, the successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to collaborate on event needs, goals, and success metrics. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, marketing, and partnerships. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive event plans, managing event budgets, and overseeing day-of event management and coordination. The ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, schedules, and task assignments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish clear roles and responsibilities for pre- and post-event activation
- Manage event budgets, including submitting bills for payment and reconciling corporate credit card charges
- Oversee day-of event management and coordination, ensuring the event and programming run according to plan
- Conduct analysis after the event to assess its success, gather attendee and stakeholder feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the broader marketing team
- Provide internal teams with detailed information, briefs, deadlines, and advance notice needed for them to carry out their work
- Manage event requirements, including registration, contracts, and vendor coordination
- Build internal event landing pages on CVENT or via the Web Dev team
- Work with internal teams to ensure accurate event reporting
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in event management, marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage event budgets
- Experience with event management software, such as CVENT
- Strong marketing and partnership development skills
- Ability to analyze event success and identify areas for improvement
