The role entails developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies to optimize performance. You will work closely with the founders and operators of the company to develop go-to-market strategies, position products for success, and drive user acquisition. Your day-to-day activities will include planning and executing campaigns, creating compelling content, and analyzing metrics to measure success.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, content, email, paid ads, SEO, and partnerships
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, social content, landing pages, email sequences, and video scripts
  • Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
  • Build and grow audiences across platforms, identifying where customers spend their time and meeting them there
  • Work directly with founders and operators on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and user acquisition for newly acquired products
  • Experiment with new channels, messages, offers, and creative approaches to drive growth for each product
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to drive conversions and engagement

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on growth, content, and acquisition
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content, email, paid ads, and SEO
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write compelling copy and develop engaging content
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and technologies, such as email marketing software and CRM systems
