Job Description

## About the Role The Marketing Lead, Growth & Scale, will play a pivotal role in driving Vestd's commercial marketing agenda for two of its largest business units. This senior marketer will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. The role entails close collaboration with the central Marketing team and line management of two Marketing Coordinators, necessitating strong leadership and influencing skills.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Lead will be expected to contribute to the development of the company's marketing roadmap and ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.

## What You Will Do - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Growth and Scale business units - Manage and prioritize marketing pipelines to ensure alignment with business objectives - Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive demand generation and customer retention - Line manage two Marketing Coordinators, providing coaching and development opportunities - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies - Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources - Measure and report on marketing performance, providing insights to inform future strategies - Work closely with the central Marketing team to ensure alignment on brand, reporting, and shared priorities - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and external partners

## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment - Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, including pipeline management and demand generation - Experience with marketing analytics and performance measurement tools - Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop junior team members - Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with Adjust and Excel, or similar marketing tools - Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

## Nice to Have - Experience in the sharetech or fintech industry - Knowledge of sales and customer success principles and practices - Experience with marketing automation tools - Certification in marketing or a related field
