About the Role
The Marketing Manager role is a strategic leadership position that requires a high level of expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and team collaboration. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Assistant, and Marketing Graduate to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading campaign ideation, planning, rollout, and post-campaign analysis, as well as managing internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to think creatively, act proactively, and drive measurable results. You will work closely with the business owners to shape and execute marketing initiatives across multiple brands and channels, and collaborate with digital and design teams to ensure seamless execution.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
- Lead campaign ideation, planning, rollout, and post-campaign analysis
- Align marketing activities with business objectives and brand direction
- Manage internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Present campaign strategies, updates, and performance insights
- Ensure seamless collaboration across departments and teams
- Produce high-quality content and copy across digital channels
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate—but not rely on them
- Maintain brand tone, message consistency, and content quality
- Develop nurture journeys and regular communication sequences
- Oversee segmentation, scheduling, optimisation, and reporting
- Work closely with digital teams to improve deliverability and engagement
What We Are Looking For
- Marketing Manager and agency experience
- Proven track record leading campaigns end-to-end
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Expertise across major social platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn)
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive, “own the outcome” mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
