About the Role

The Regional Activation Manager is a key role at Curaleaf, responsible for driving localized marketing initiatives and partnerships to support the company's sales teams. As a Regional Activation Manager, you will work closely with national brand teams to provide strategic input on promotions and activation plans, ensuring that the company's brands are consistently executed across the route-to-market.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute localized marketing initiatives to support sales teams and drive brand awareness
  • Partner with national brand teams to provide strategic input on promotions and activation plans

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cannabis industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and its regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with marketing software and tools, such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
